I have never had the opportunity to look at an RX1 front shoud very closely(just below the front bumper). does this shroud have a small screen built into it? I have an Apex and looking to get more air into the intake.

No. The ECO is down there. It would not be a good idea to open up a place for the snow to enter and douse the ECU.

You have to open that vent for cooling the oil cooler for a s/c.It comes completely off.

I have a season with the piece off up front in the nose cone, no problems so far. I'm not boondocking tho.
