Front skidplate & aftermarket bumpers

Any of you guys running a different front bumper (not stock) with the front skidplate?

I have an rpm composite, carbon fiber skidplate and the front of the skidplate is very similar to the yamaha plastic front skidplate.
My issue is that the way most aftermarket bumpers attach to some of the lower holes, i dont believe i could install an aftermarket bumper without modifying this skidplate. Which i dont want to do.

If you have any good side views of the lower mounts for your front bumpers i would really appreciate you posting a pic and what bumper you are using,

As you can see. The blue bumper is just used as an example since most aftermarket bumpers mount in a similar way.
The bottom mounts are my concern

Can you ask them if the skid will fit over the bumpers. Sure looks close. That skid is awesome! I didn't think the front skids went up that far. Maybe someone could borrow you a bumper to try. Definitely would not fit mine.

My skid plate is the first one he ever fitted to a viper. It was built for the procross chassis but raffi (rpm's owner) was not sure if it would fit the viper.
I drove to his home and we fitted it to the sled.
Since mine was the first on a viper, he really had no idea what would work with it.

I am leaning toward just buying what i like for a bumper and Cutting and welding it to fit as needed then get it powder coated.
I actually contacted grip and rip racing back a while ago because they run this skid plate on the cainsquest sleds. They really could not help me either. They moded their bumper to fit.

Looking at the bumper i posted im thinking maybe i could just trim off the little tabs that point up and attach in the bulkhead area. Then just use the long plate as a mount over the skid plate?
thats what it takes then no big deal. Ill do it. Just looking for an easier way out without any cutting drilling welding and painting
