Do we really need this stabilizer? How would the sled feel with it removed? Anyone experience this or replace on

I broke mine once and below about 50-60mph I liked it but after that the sled handled badly. Would have to run way heavier shock pressures I think if trailriding. Maybe just put a small washer on the nut side. One of mine is same way.
Nope just a bolt so just tighten it with Loctite. Fun trying to get stupid torx on it. I used a vice grip!

I run with a quick disconnect, and have only had mine on for about 8 minutes this entire season. You cannot safely burn the trails without a sway bar. Sled will roll onto the outside ski and it takes some getting used too. Also, magnifies any dartiness that you may have. With the dartiness, sled will roll side to side in addition to the dart. It's a preference thing, and for the off trail riding we do, the sway bar is a hinderance, but for trail riding, it is beneficial. If you are a trail rider, I would not recommend removing it.View attachment 126107 noticed a squeak from my front stabilizer link. I can actually turn the lower bolt by hand, guess this is the link bolt, however the nut is tight. I suspect the bolt had some type of bushing that has worn out.
