Does anyone have any ideas on possible reasons off idle it sounds almost like its loading up and stubles, and check engine light comes on briefly, not long enough for me to get a code reading, once you throttle up it clears out, but runs rough at idle, and hesitates sometimes off the start. Help would be appreciated

Bypass TORS and then check your fuel map and maybe remove those fuel numbers at idle.

There is a SINGLE wire with a white connector and a SINGLE wire with a black connector that are very similar in shape and size in the harness that come from the handle bars. You take those 2 plugs unplug them and plug them into the opposite color on the engine side.
