I know I saw a post about this topic somewhere, but I can find it!
The sled is an 03 RX1 with Bender Rear Mount and an Italian made fuel regulator. Any help would be great! The intercooler was full of fuel and when you turn the key and the pump fires up, fuel pours out of all 4 carbs!
What broke?

needle valves dirty and sticking open. best thing to do is buy new ones

THE PROBLEM WAS THE BOOST SIDE OF THE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR WAS FULL OF ICE. THIS WOULD NOT ALLOW THE FUEL TO RETURN TO THE GAS TANK SO IT WOULF FLOOD PAST THE NEEDLE AND SEAT AND FLOW EVERYWHERE! THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!

Little bit of water, eh?

You have to wonder how much of that fuel got into the oil. I would change the oil before running it if it were mine.

Good point!!!!

Yes, I plan on changing the oil! I gentleman named Keith told me to drill two .004 holes into the lowest place on the intercooler manifold. This allows the water that is formed to constantly be purged from the system!

Ah, kind of like drilling small holes in your head gasket to reduce compression?

This is a trail sled! 15lbs of boost is 15lbs of boost! Regardless of leaks! The turbo can compensate through the wastegate!
