Why not ask Dave at Hurricane? He should be able to provide you with a baseline setting.
Or I believe Ulmer can provide a map for a small fee.

Ive been trying to get ahold of ulmar for 3 weeks but ive heard nothing back
I have dealt with both Allan Ulmer and Dave at Hurricane and have had excellent results. You may want an ignition controller with the PCV to get the best results with your other mods.

I have your same set up with excel exhaust and a pc 3 . Run Ulmers map and his stage 2 clutch kit. Runs flawless. Did run 23 tooth top gear for a while but have gone back to 24 tooth. Hes a busy guy but usually gets back to you in a few days
