Has any one used the Fuel Pressure Regulator from Schmidt Bros on their Phazer, any noticable performance gains? Is there any adjustment to the stock one? I've read they are on the lean side.
Thanks

Thanks yzman, I would think the engine would run cooler too.

Nope , leaning out a motor creates more heat . but i dont notice anything with heat issues .

Yes, I'm aware of that, but doesn't the Schmidt regulator allow for more fuel vs. the stock unit.

Actually no . It puts less fuel in the motor . because the motor comes rich from the factory . All the regulator will do is lean out the motor a little .

Yes it will . if i had my time back i would have got the power commander . expensive tho . but i adjusts the fuel injection threw the gauge . but its not adjustable like the power commander , it adjusts the whole curve , But the regulator is better for my nitrous

With some of the problems i've heard with the stock FPR, i'd lean more towards buying the Schmidt Bros. FPR.
