Fuel pump quits/won't come on sometimes when key on

Sometimes when I turn on my key to start it, I don't hear the fuel returning to the tank and no hum sound. If I try to start it it will fire then die since it has no fuel if I cycle the key a few times it works, it does this everytime I start it when it's cold. I did have to change the relay last year. It's stock fuel pump, any help?

Sounds like you still have a relay issue....

If not, maybe check all the connections.

Il buy a new one and make sure it's clean, etc.
