06 APEX, sled cranks over fine but won't start. When i turn the key on the speedo needle sweeps but the fuel pump doesn't hum like it should. I switched relays around and that didn't help. Can hear relay click after a few seconds so don't think that is the problem. Is there a fuse for the fuel pump? Any other things to check? Thanks, Ray

thanks for reply. all fuses in fuse block are good, have to dig deeper.
Check connector on left side of tank

Had a problem as well, It was a result of fouled plugs, go figure, soon as new plugs installed fired right up

You should also be able to hear the fuel pump run for a couple of seconds when the key is turned on.
Can you hear the pump?

no, pump is not priming.
It is either your relay the third one in replace it with a new one. Or the pump is gone if your fuses and battery are ok.

a similar thread a few weeks ago turned out a mouse had chewed through the wiring at the top of the tank. have you checked the wiring all the way to the pump?

Looks like there was a nest under the tank and also right on the tank next to the top of the pump. They must have been bored because there is about 3 inches of wire missing. Thanks to all for your help.

Yup, that looks very familiar. Only difference is that mouse had a mansion and ours had a condo.
