came back from a 110 mile trip last weekend, trails where hard pack so was better on fuel, light came on at 112 miles.last night i took off with the same tank of gas and brought a 1 gallon with me just to see how far i can go until it runs out of gas,ran an extra 34 miles before i ran out,146 miles, she was bone dry

GOOD INFO PAT

I have an 04 Warrior also, have you removed the white plastic sleeve in your gas tank to get another half gallon in? If you do this, You should only fill it all the way up if your going to ride and not let it sit because when the fuel expands it will come out of the vent line behind the secondary. You can reroute this vent line up under the handlebar pad which will get it above the tank. ;)!

My Warrior got about another 30 miles in good conditions after the fuel light came on. I never ran it until it quit so I'm not sure what the final mileage would have been.

Fuel light came on while in canada this past week had 120 miles on so far when i got the the gas station it only took 7.5 gallons. How big is the fuel tank and how many miles to a tank full? i avg 17 miles per gal. on hard packed groomed trails at very high speeds

I just had my stock warrior up to northern wisconsin for my first trip and got 17mpg one day and 18 mpg the next. With a ten gallon tank I would think I could get at least 160 miles total before starting to get real worried. I had on my last trip 116 miles and still had three bars on the gauge.

The best I was willing to take a chance on was 140 miles or 220 kms but it still had at least haf a gallon left.
