GOOD INFO PAT
I have an 04 Warrior also, have you removed the white plastic sleeve in your gas tank to get another half gallon in? If you do this, You should only fill it all the way up if your going to ride and not let it sit because when the fuel expands it will come out of the vent line behind the secondary. You can reroute this vent line up under the handlebar pad which will get it above the tank.

My Warrior got about another 30 miles in good conditions after the fuel light came on. I never ran it until it quit so I'm not sure what the final mileage would have been.

Fuel light came on while in canada this past week had 120 miles on so far when i got the the gas station it only took 7.5 gallons. How big is the fuel tank and how many miles to a tank full? i avg 17 miles per gal. on hard packed groomed trails at very high speeds

I just had my stock warrior up to northern wisconsin for my first trip and got 17mpg one day and 18 mpg the next. With a ten gallon tank I would think I could get at least 160 miles total before starting to get real worried. I had on my last trip 116 miles and still had three bars on the gauge.

I've gotten 140 with 1 bar left more than once and there was well over a gallon left each time pretty sure I could get 160.

The best I was willing to take a chance on was 140 miles or 220 kms but it still had at least haf a gallon left.
