Hi, Finally got my 04 warrior running without hesitation on the low end with the ECP kit. Ended up dropping the needle clip to position 4 (bottom), but prior to doing this I adjusted the fuel screws to 2 1/2 turns out. This did not help the needle adjustment did, but me question is what should the fule screws be at, book says 2 turns and I have seen posts saying anything from 1/34 to 2 3/4? Can someone help me out? Thanks :4STroke:

I set mine at 2 1/2 turns out runs great I may need to turn in alittle but will wait till first ride this weekend.

Fuel screws with ECP will probably be either 21/4 to 2/12 if you still have a burble your motor is most probably still lean. Per supertuners instrs. then go to a larger jet for bottom,I also had to raise my needles one clip , my sled runs good but I think it might be a good thing to go up the one jet size on the bottom as it might help to keep these from plugging as often as they seem to do. DC5 where did you end up with the fuel screw settings with the larger jet ,also how about overall per. and fuel milage useing this setup. thanks Don.

In my case, my sled is 100% stock and I still have a miss at idle. It still sounds like one cylinder is cutting out every now and then. Throttle response is excellent.

One thing I notice is if I've just done a WOT lake run the idle is perfect. My guess is the idle is just a hair lean and with the extra heat from a WOT run it is able to idle smoothly.

So - out a 1/4 or 1/2 a turn is what I should try. Right now they are all at 2 turns out.
