As a total newbie, I have to ask...could you describe or take pix of what you are talking about? What are the windows of the track that get clipped?

JohnWI, look at the pictures below. In the first picture, notice the two sets of rectangular openings evenly spaced on the track? Those are called the windows and if you notice, there is metal clips in the windows. This is called a fully clipped track because every window has a clip.
