I recently put a new inch and 3/8 fully clipped track with the stock drivers and i did'nt have to tighten it as much as i did the stock track, is this because of the full clips? Can i loosen it more?

Running the iceripper track on my 09fx with about 1.5 inches of slack with the sled in the air and it is fully clipped and no racheting.The track will strecth some as you get miles on it.

Sorry, but whats the advantage of having a fully clipped track?

You can run anti ratchet drivers, sliders are being lubricated more. Lots of info on this here on the site.

Newer tracks initially fit tight and it will stretch a bit after a while of riding, no worries.
