I have a 07 Phazer MTX. I was in the process of installing a 12V outlet using the factory accessory circuit. When I tested the wire (orange with black tracer) - nothing. I located the fuse box adjacent to the battery. When I checked the power that feeds the fuses, I noticed the outside 3 have no power. They are labeled as 20A HEAD, 7.5A SIG and 3A DC TERM. The other three are working fine. My headlights are working fine and the sled runs great.
Anyone else ever had this?

Did you have the sled running? I think those fuses are only powered when the sled it running.

Problem solved. That side of fuse block is only powered when the sled is running. Thanks to Voda 2000 for answering on General Phazer forum
