The vent is directly over my intercooler which is the main reason I put it on.

That looks great! The Vent i made is the only part of the hood you have left right above your vent.

Re: vents
Ya, they don't list it
Call them, tell them you want the hood vent, not the headlight delete vent

Vents
Just one more quick question if you don't mind. Did you cut out the entire hood for the vent or did u use a hole-saw and keep some of the hood there to give the screen some strength??
Thanks

bobble???
Alright, on to the next bug,,,,,
I am running the Jan 17 map with the fuel reg vac line plumbed into the charge tube. Boost at about 11 psi, and fuel pressure at 48. I put about 1 to 2 gallons of 110 race in there to be safe.
I can get the sled to bobble somewhere in the mid range, not sure at what rpm, the a/f sits around 12.5 when it bobbles. Sometimes it does it, sometimes it doesn't, usually it does.
Any ideas????????
I've talked to some other guys down here in MT haveing the same issue...

fuel out?
By this, do you mean adjust the fuel pressure, or is there some other adjustment I don't know about?

I have the pro light software. I am not really sure how to use this effectively yet. Can I even change the maps with this software???
Still having the heating of the fuel pump, then fuel pressure goes to chit, and the sled wont run....

vents
I just finished the relocation of the vaccum line and took her out for awhile with the hood off. Man, what a difference!! Everything was spot on with no fuel issues. Gonna go with 2 kool's hood vent and their number plate vents. This should give all the cooling she needs!!!!

Re: bobble???
Both myself and a buddy have the hesitation when you are on/off the throttle. I am convinced it is a rich condition as the mapping still seems quite rich under low load. I sometimes see low 11's and even high 10s in very low boost levels at say 5000-6000 rpm. I want to do some playing around with tuning but havent had a chance yet.
The hesitation doesnt really seem any better even after switching the fuel regulator line to the boost side.
Does anyone have a powderlites nytro that doesnt have that hesitation?
