Anyone have any tips as to taking the tank off?? Im doing it as i type-- any tricks or things i should know?? ASAP thanks alot!!!

Stop typing while removing the tank. That should help.
Just get everything loose then slide the tank back a bit so you can get a hand in behind it and undo the gas line - it's on a snap-fit connector. You also have to unplug the electrical connector at the front of the tank. Remember wher the vent lines go, or better yet, take a picture.

Go to Ulmers website and look under trail tank or excell header install. Maybe the nytro stickie for exhaust donuts.
