Looking at gauges. Are most people running an electric or mechanical boost gauge? Liquid filled Mechanical? I am looking at AUTOMETER products and trying to decide, if I go liquid filled mechanical or electric. I currently have a real cheap mechanical NON LIQUID FILLED, and it really bouces around a lot.

I run mechanical boost gauges. Autometer is what I use. The liquid filled ones needs to be bled every now and then, not so with the non filled, but they are not as accurate as the filled ones, but they read only slightly high/low about 1 lbs +/-
The Autometers are fairly prices for the quality.

Not hard at all, open a small screw and adjusts to the atmospheric pressure. You may also reset the needle to 0 if it's off.
On install make sure the screws are easily accessible.
