Hi, I just got a new 1.75 backcountry track for my 2012 Nytro xtx and am wondering if I should do any other upgrades to the chain case sprockets or anything else while the tracks getting swapped? Heard that I should get a smaller sprocket to give more torque to spin the larger track. What exactly would I need to get? Thank you.

The 1.75 Nytro XTX came with 39/20 gearing from the factory. Your stock gearing with the 1.25 is probably higher.

looked at parts catalog, says stock for a 2012 Nytro xtx is 39/21, so just gotta change the top sprocket to 20T. Know what the spline is? Check your clearance between the front heat exchanger and track. If you sled came with a 1.25 track you may have to remove tunnel protectors or go with smaller drivers.
Or notch your 1.75 track in that area.
