2011 Apex SE
I have a Ulmers clutch kit in my 2011 Apex SE. I just dropped down to a 23 top gear. Will I need to adjust my clutching for the new gearing? I know my 2009 Apex ltx really liked 10800 close to 11000 rpms on a wide open run. I have heard conflicting for the 2011 up Apex. Before the gear swap I was around 10600 but wonder if a couple hundred more rpms would be worth a try. Thanks for all help

I had been running 10500 10600 before the gear swap. Was wondering how much it may change after the gear swap. Went from a top 24 to a 23. I know it made a difference on my 06 RTX. And my buddy is still running that sled. He actually stays side by side from a 30 rolling neither sled giving any bull pulls away at around 105 and this was on really good low snow ice covered lake raced probably 2000 ft tops. I know racing my buddies Apex GT all stock I smoke him especially the mid range. I think the 06 RTX ram air lid really helps that sled I don't know what the rpms were cause my son was racing it. I walked by them both on my Sidewinder...lol
