spoke to yamaha today regarding my 8 month old problem fixing my sled. first my sled needs rails,h-arm,wheels,rear shock and all bushings, first i broght the machine to my dealer in march and was told parts were on backorder, that is when i first contacted yamaha. yamaha told me they would put me on the top of the list and get the parts in a couple of weeks. well weeks go by and become months (8) to be exact. i waited patiently for the updated parts to come in and was agian stood up. well contacted yamaha last week and finally got an answer,here it is. yamaha claims my dealer never ordered all the parts (my dealer was closed tonight so i will go directly to them tomorrow and ask to see the order or stand by while i call yamaha from there) yamaha is not responsible for dealers because they are not owned by yamaha.(i guess this means anyone can be a dealer,so be careful) yamaha did say they would ship my parts overnight at there expense if the dealer put the order in. so my parts will be ordered tomorrow come hell or high water. i know we have dealers online here and i wish someone would post or send me something that shows yamaha has covered any of these parts or a letter from yamaha stating these parts are going to be covered. i will be online all night if anyone wants to drop me a message or reply with a post. trying to be a loyal customer is getting harder everyday.(help)
