I have a 15 viper with a MPI turbo and using the PCV PTI for fueling I also run a ignition module for raised rev limit. It runs fine the whole way though the rpm but once I put the flipper to the bar you can see AFR jumps to 17-19 from 11.7ish if at a dead stop if you pin it it would happen as well it seems to be related to WOT. I checked my map and it's set to add fuel all the way to 10000rpm and timing all set to 0. I'm going to need some tip weight cause I did see 9600 rpm at one point while running it on the snow
I did notice my throttle cable is too tight do you think that his might activate the TSS or TORS?
Testing on the stand with break applied the Sled showed good AFR up to 8900 rpm and 5 psi but once it was pined it the it would go way lean.

Have you set the TPS voltages on the PCV?

I have it raised but talking back and forth with Allen ulmer going to try a few things as well as a new code for the rev extend function on make sure is not hitting some kind of soft limiter because it really seems to be around the stock rev limit. I'm going to run a bit more weight to try and keep the revs down

Yes if you load the motor to a lower RPM and the AFR stabilizes than you know what's going on. Rev limiter will cause it to show hi AFR's and jump around!

Hook up a PC and look at the TPS and check 0% and 100% to make sure it is getting there.

Thanks guys! That's the thing about this site I love everyone is very happy to help you and have so much information on tap. Also the vendors on the site are willing to chime in with help as well. TY rocks!
I'm anxious to see how a 6 psi Viper compares to a stock power sidewinder all other things (clutch kit) being equal.
