Doing the preseason maintenance and I can not get any grease into the zerks! I have tried a heat gun, spraying some WD 40, drill bit/pin to unclog ... and they still won't take any. I don't want to pull the skid but that seems like my only option unless anyone has solved this problem another way.

Just replace the zerks.

They are welded in. I'm pretty sure my only option is to remove the skid, take everything apart, clean and regreaseJust replace the zerks.

The zerks should be threaded into a collar that is welded.

Nope, they are welded in and don't have the check ball inside neither. You'll probably have to take it all apart.
One way to replace the zerks with real replaceable ones, you can grind off the existing ones and weld on a nut that will allow you to screw on a zerk.

The inner tubes of the scissor can rust and make it difficult for the grease to flow across shaft
when it’s apart run a wire brush through them and buff it up
try some brake in the zerk, and stick a sewing needle in the hole and maybe it can dislodge the block.

I'm going to order one of these up and give it a go. I'll most likely have to attach a hose to it since it is pretty tight in there. If it avoids me pulling the skid, i'll be a happy man. This is what I use on my skid steer zerks that stop taking grease
