Great dealer experience!

We all know the season is too short. In mid December i noticed my SW had an oil leak. I called my dealer, they said there was a recall on the tank itself. The problem is the parts are back ordered until February 28th! My dealer actually searched & found a kit he could get from another dealer! My sled will be ready by Friday!

It’s just nice to know that some dealers still go the extra mile, and do whatever it takes for the customer!

That's how they keep customers & when you post , they may gain some more.
Some will take parts off sleds on the floor. Some will put your parts on back order & call you when they are in.
You may have to give this guy a hug on Friday........or maybe just a card

Lol I’ve been looking for a bulliten since that was posted yesterday and have yet to find one.

If it’s true it wouldn’t be the first time the internet knew something before us dealers did.

Again, for anyone following this thread, it’s what i was told...I’ll find out more tomorrow, when i pick the sled up. Either way, for the parts to be back ordered till February 28th is a crying shame IMO

I picked my sled up Saturday. There is NO RECALL/bulletin. My sled was the third one my dealer had with a leaky tank. It’s the seal that’s bad!
