Put on about 300 miles this weekend up in the U.P. Michigan. Had a great time and the attack did much better in the deep powder then it did on the ice trails in Eagle river. Anyways about 60 miles into our trip my water temp light went on. So I shut it off right away....knocked the ice of the runners and put fresh snow on.

I start riding agian and then my oil light comes on with the water light and my tack stops working. The message read ERROR 1 and ERROR 2. Before that came on the number 65 was flashing.

I figured all these systems didnt fail at once so I said F### it and kept riding.... about 10 miles later the tack started working agian and the lights went off. 200 more miles and not another problem. It was 15 below last weekend. Any thoughts!

Regarding the water temp light, check your coolant to water ratio. For whatever reason, the out of the crate sleds seem to have a high coolant to water ratio causing the temp to come on. Reduce the ration to 60:40 and the light won't come.

Regarding the other problems, is the pod seated correctly?

I changed the oil and filter before I went up. I disconnect the pod and everything seemed to go together smoothly. I figured it was a connector somewhere but just not sure... bump

didnt' wash it but we were riding through about 4ft of powder. I searched for ERROR 1/2 and didn't find anything. Dealer said if they can't repeat the problem they can't fix it....I understand but I still would like to know what those codes mean.

I was playing around with my pod last night. There are two connections to the pod, A big white connector and a green one. I unplugged the green one and my dash showed error 1. Check your two connectors to the pod and make sure they are seated properly. Worth a try. Also look for any moisture.

I had the same codes in 3 0r 4 feet of snow. Rode for the rest of the week and dried it out when i got home. Must have been water in the connections works fine now. Dissconnect all the conections for three days in heated shop with fan on seemed to solve problem

I had a similar problem this weekend on my '06 RTX. I got code 64 flashing on the display (not 65 like you) but other than that my symptoms were identical. Mine also improved after riding for about 10 minutes but the whacky-ness came back the next moring when I pulled it out of the trailer.

Talked to the dealer - nothing on code 64. I suggested moisture on the connections and he told me that the plug in connectors are moisture sealed. He suspects that the boot on the back of the gauge cluster is not on all the way - which would allow moisture into the gauge and onto the connector on the back. This makes sense as I have moisture inside the glass on my gauge.

I am going to check the boot and put dielectric grease on all connections.
