I went to back my sled off the trailer Christmas Eve, to secure it in the garage. Backed off and I heard a horrible grinding sound. Then it wouldn't engage R at all. I called my dealer, who was closed but still told me to bring it in (aren't dealers that stand behind you a wonderful thing?) and they ID'd the problem as an overtight reverse linkage. Took them about two minutes to fix it. I was told that a few had come from the factory overtight. All it takes is the loosening of the linkage nut to solve the problem.
Anyone else experience this yet?
OTHER NOTED PROBLEMS: (and my experience)
idler wheels: no problems yet
handwarmers: no problems yet, but no cold riding either
windshield too low (RTX): see above

Mine wouldn't go in reverse at all. Took it to the dealer and 5 minutes later it was fixed. 200 miles and no other issues.

You need to lengthen the linkage to get it to completely shift into reverse.

When I first brought mine home I could't get it to back out of the trailer. Gear-grinding!! I took a couple of minutes to re-adjust and it's been good since that time. Linkage was not allowing the reverse to fully engage. Great dealer set-up
Seems like a test of the reverse gear would be a novel thing to do, before sending your customer out the door.

How do you adjust the linkage?
Take the (as you sit on the sled) right side panel off, to access the linkage. Study the linkage, and how it inserts into the chaincase, to understand it's function. There is an adjustment, and if memory serves, one of them is reverse threads. If there are issues with it engaging in reverse, I suspect, you'll have to tighten the linkage to effect more movement. It's a sensitive adjustment, take the time to find the proper adjustment, so it engages/disengages smoothly.
