grip warmers

Whats the easiest way to remove the grip warmers without wrecking them. I want to install them on a different set of bars. It almost looks there is some kind of adhesive or something. They are stock grips on stock bars on an 06 attack.

Remove the rivets first. I use a plastice knife type tool. Insert between the grips and the bar and work it around until the grip is loose
