OK. I bought a 2000 grizzly 600 for 2800.00 in july. put 1000.00 into it and it is a great running quad.

Next thing you know the dealer gets in on trade a 660 grizzly, 2004 with 800 miles on it. I paid 6750 for that.

Well,,, looks like the 660 grizzly popped a rear axle and damaged the rear diff housing. Dealer is taking care of it for me at no charge, but I have to wait 2 weeks for parts.

I am bummed.

So the dealer suggests I give him 1000.00, and both the other quads, and I get to take home a 250 mile (the guy bought a rhino) 2008 Grizzly 700 EFI with power steering.

Am I nuts to consider this or is it a good deal? Keep in mind, that in Canada this Quad is 12,000.00

If you add up what you've already spent, you are at 11,550. That includes the $1000 in addition to the 2 quads as trade-ins. And you are getting a "used" quad. I would try to get the dealer to come down a bit.
Right now you have 2 quads. Is 1 bike going to be enough for you? It is not for me!!! My old Brute Farce taught me that I will always have at least 2 quads!!! Plus, now my GF has a bike to ride!!!

I agree with Jaxom. It's the end of the model year, and he's wanting to charge you full pop for a used quad. There are deals out there. While your bargaining will be somewhat limited trying to flog 2 quads for 1, he's not doing you any favors. In the fall of 06, I bought an 07 700 Camo grizzly for 11,900. It was totalled in an accident in May of 07. I waited to see if there was any changes for 08. There wasn't so I bought another 07, after the 08's were out, for 10,200. It wasn't the camo version this time though, but the dealer still had it listed at 11,600.

Hey Juice! I am glad you found your way over here. You have to do what your pocket book dictates. :ORC Other than the power steering you won't be gaining much over your 660.
