Pat i have 29,000km and have the same thing on the primary
about an inch up from the shaft.
Need to make a decision this summer on parts or a
used one.
Any ideas out there what it would cost to replace both shieves
or a good used one
or keep running it

Well,i started the sled without the belt and carefully gave it a good sanding and it came back smooth, like new basically,i finished with 200 gritt paper, that's on the primary, the secondary,i'll bring it to work and will sand it in the lathe,i might be upgrading next season so dont want to dump a bunch of money into it
