The first and third spring are stock Apex GT springs rated at 4.9kg - the middle spring is a 5.5kg spring. The 696 number designates what type/style Ohlins spring it is. The 08 and 11 numbers designate what the rate of the spring is - every number higher represents .2kg greater in spring rate (ex. a 6.1kg spring would be 696-14 and a 6.5 is a 696-16). The last numbers (L165 and L145) I believe are just production numbers of some sort and have no bearing on spring rate or performance. Here's a link in our vendor section that has info on all the stock and optional mono-shock springs offered by Yamaha. Hope this info helps.
