I have a mono II skid out of a 2010. Installed an Ohlins elec.shock, the spring it came with has this no. on it 00696-06-44 L204. Could anyone tell me the rate of this spring? I looked on the chart in FAQ but couldn't find it listed. thanks in advance, Hopper

A 696-06 spring would technically be a 4.5 kg spring which would be really rare as that low of a rate of spring never came stock on any sled that used that shock. Are you sure it isn't a 696-08 with maybe some of the number rubbed off? That would be a much more common spring as that was stock on 2006-2007 Apex GT which was a 4.9 kg spring.
