gutted exhaust

So i gutted my exhaust on my 04 Rx warrior.A bunch of us were out riding tonight me on my warrior, a Rx-1, and 2 apexs, we all road pretty hard but my sled ate the gas... Everyone else was one line below a half of tank and my fuel light was on. Does this mod make your gas mileage go down?

mine didn't change, but my teeth ratteled out of my head, too loud for me.

I di the a half gut on mine and the mileage did go down a bit the sound was worth it...lol
