I believe those GYT-R silencers will be ready to go by fall 09. Yamaha has been working on getting these threw the development/legal department for well over a season now as they first started showing them over a year ago. Look for them to be ready to go next fall.

Haven't seen any specs on them - I believe those are a version of the skinz exhausts so they should be very similar to those performance wise.

On the U.S. site they show a ceramic or stainless exhaust too, I wonder what does it sound like?
They are saying about 3-4 lbs of weight savings, my MBRP claims 10 lbs and I believe it. I was going to put the stock exhaust back on but after hearing it this past week(my buddy took it for a rip so I could hear it) I'm gonna leave it on. Sounds mean, and I think the throttle response is better, maybe just mental but it feels stronger.
