I lost the little light on the switch the first weekend, but the warmers still work. Just something minor for the list of stuff to have looked at after the season.

mine both work, and are still working. They are so damned warm on high I swear they will melt gloves if not turned down, which is a huge improvement over my cold-handed apex. Im honestly looking at handwear that isnt so warm!
However, the thumbwarmer seems completely useless. Curious to know if I just seem to have no arteries in my thumbs, or if others have this issue as well?

My left one didn't work out of the box. It was a defective 2 pin plug. I could make it work but only while sitting still. The dealer said he had seen this on the cats in past years.

My Cat right side is weaker than the left but works. Girlfriends Viper both grips will actually burn your hands on high.

Thumb warmer not working
My thumb warmer doesn't seem to be working at all.
Wondering if anyone has had the throttle side casing open and if there is a connector there to take a power reading from, to determine if ti is the thumb piece or no power to it.
Since the wire passes through the throttle block there is no way to tell which wires power the grip vs the thumb warmer; does anyone have a wiring diagram?

Re: Thumb warmer not working
Mine is in the shop for another reason (blown up) but thumb warmer has never worked and they are supposed to be looking at it.

My thumb warmer is intermittent. Sometimes it'll burn you and others I have to take my glove off to see if it's even on.
warmers
Both grips heat great on high but thumb warmer isn't heating at all, will have it looked at seasons end when I have the reverse servo fix take in for replacement

The thumbwarmers don't get hot on any of them that I have seen...Only Warm not Hot. My cat had the rt warmer go out and I just decided to put on the RSI's myself since the cost would be a lot less than me driving everywhere for a $45.00 warranty part. The RSI's have a lower Ohm rating so it ashould be a little hotter and them seem to not be as delicate.
