Hey guys,
I am new to the site and just came across a low chrome windshield (which I had to have). My problem is that I now need some more hand protection, if my hands were cold with stock they might fall of with this thing, but it looks sweet. So my question is do rigid handguards usually mount to the '06, I know the bars are really narrow with little visible bar (I am looking at powermadd star series). Also wondering what you guys prefer, semi-rigid (skinz) or the rigid (powermadd, acerbis) thanks for any help guys and remember......

Give ROX a call, they use to have a specific hardware to mount on your '06 bars...their different than '07 to newer.

handguards
I went with skinz on my apex after recommendations from others here. Glad I did. Also, went with Yamis version on the Vector. Warmer than the rigids. The only thing warmer is gauntlets. If you want to stick with the low windy, I wouldn't recommend anything less than skinz.

Thanks
Thanks guys, for the quick reply. I like the idea of the skinz and the easy removal, especially considering I plan on switching windshields and the stocker might hit rigid handguards. thanks again
