I am 6ft tall and have an FX Nytro. Right now I have the stock riser on it. When standing I don't have any bend in my arms. I believe if I added a riser I would have better control of the sled. what would you recomend? :dunno: I was thinking about a rox riser??

i have the QFT relocator with a 3" riser and its about perfect for me standing, i'm 6"1, all stock cables just routed the throttle under the riser rather than overtop

You could add a Rox riser or a Lake Effects riser or you could just bend in the middle, which is free.

Nothing against the Rox product but the Lake Effects risers are beautiful pieces.

You have a plate post on the standard Nytro, right? To keep the cost down I would suggest the Lake Effects 2.5" pivot riser. This will let you get a little more height and move the bars forward too. (I did this on my Phazer) Otherwise, a taller riser on a plate post is going to fall further back in your lap - unless you keep spending money and get the plate adaptor with your new riser.

Probably not with the 2.5" Lake Effect, but the cap on this riser has a nice finished look. You could get a bar pad like that on the Phazer to cover it if that's what you're after.

Rox 2" .... I am 5'7" on a good day. :-o

I'm 6.1 ft and running a rox 4-5.5" adjustable riser. I like it on the highest setting (5.5 inch rise). Did not have to change any wires or anything. ;)!

can you keep your stock Yamaha handle bar cap on either of these?
Actually you can. All of our Risers were basically sized and designed on Yamaha's. (mainly because that's what I have in my garage) The pics below are one of the first risers I made with the Yamaha accessory bar pad. The stock Nytro plastic pad fits perfectly also.

I see your riser is blue what other colors are these offered in? I really would like to keep the stock cap on. I just like the finished look. What is the price on these in different heights?

IsoVibe Riser

I just added the Isovibe SX riser to my Fx Nytro. I had this style of riser on my 06 Skidoo 800 and I liked the fact that it took some out of the vibration out of the handling. You can see pics of the Isovibe at www.gripnripracing.com. You can choose to raise the bars, 3/4" or 1" depending on how you bolt it together.
