Just picked up my GT today and noticed the handlebars are not aligned with skiis. Does anyone know the proper way to set toe on these models?

I don’t know if my way is the proper way, but this is what I do and it works.
-I sit on the sled and line my handlebars strait
-I put a strait 8' 2x10 board lined up flush to the side of the track and have it sticking out to front of sled. (or whatever you may have for an 8' strait edge)
-I bungy cord the front skis together lightly at the front to tighten up the play
-I now measure from the edge of the 2x10 to the bolts of ski runner and adjust even distance front and back.
-when I take bungy cord off, I will have the slack for the tow out.
