Guys, I had Bruce at Pioneer revalve my RTX shocks. Rode 140 last weekend and they felt awesome for me. I weigh 150 pounds with out gear, i have put the clicker shocks on the RTX up front, spring set on soft, front shock showing on thread, and 2 limiter strap holes pulled. Handled excellent. Call Pioneer and tell him to valve yours like he did for Jon Bertolino's sled.
Thanks,
Jon

The Floats were sent back to Yamaha. I wanted to have the Anniversary Edition Nytro based on authoring the 40th Anniversary of the Yamaha Snowmobile for them. I worked out an arrangement with Yamaha Corporate to swap out the Floats for the Clicker Shocks on the RTX So I do not have them in my possession.

I also thought the RTX was stiff, well it takes some miles to get the suspension broke in and it will start working better. What I did was set the floats at 50 psi and now i am at 45 psi. Pulled the front strap up 1 hole, reduced the preload on the center shock to 1-2 threads showing. then set ALL the clickers to full soft (turned all the way out) and started riding. I stopped and made ONE adjustment a time! firming up a clicker 1 or 2 clicks at a time. remember you have 4 so this takes some time. I cant tell you what the #'s are and it dose NOT matter, every one is different. But the thing rides very nice now! It will never be a mono shock but I that is fine with me.
