Has any one used it for grass, ice dragging, trail use, radar runs?. I just picked one up used and it has a 38 degree helix with a pink spring. I would like to try it on both my SRX 7 and Apex ER(23 top gear). Any advise to set up the primary to run this combo would greatly be appreciated.

I have a heel X on my Warrior, I like it, don't know if is any faster than the stock set up-----------but the sled runs some good numbers on the big end (118 on GPS in real good conditions). I bought the roller and put it on my 2000 SRX when I took a trip to Stanley Id. a few years ago, man that SRX never backshifted so good, you could be going up a steep hill, get off the gas and get back on it and it was ready to go. Thats all I know about it.

Roller Secondary
I used that roller system on an 03 RX-1 for 2 seasons and last year on an 06 RTX. I use a 42 helix and their Yellow spring. I use stock weights in the primary with an alternate Yamaha spring. When I run against my other sled an 06 GT with the stock helix, there is little difference in acceleration or top end, but the back shifting on the trail is terrific, very aggressive

I used the Heel X on my T-Cat, an found very easy to tune, if I could put it on my Apex without buying a new clutch it would be on there.

Thanx guys for all your comments.
it is the most responsive secondary I've run...though I doubt a roller unit..any is going to make a big difference on the upshift...it's backshift and downshift where it will excel..
IMHO...where this unit excels most is with the heelclicker weights..

I thought the one I had for sale might be, but its only a 42/34 and would like to sell the HC-X secondary kit as a whole.
