Has one Holtzman carb spring shown to be superior to others?

I have been running yellow carb springs with my ECP kit at 3-6,000 feet for two years now with good results.
I spoke to Barry Holtzman the other day and he told me I should be using either silver or maybe the red carb springs for my elevation.
I ordered the silver springs and Jim (BLGSRX1) was kind enough to ship me his red springs. I plan to try them both but has one spring color stood out above the others as the carb slide spring of choice?

Each engine is its own separate entity. I have found through my dyno tests the there is a literal .3 HP (point three) difference between the yellow, red, silver and blue springs! Hardly enough to worry about.

I also took a customers sled out and tried each spring spring on a radar gun. The lighter blue spring produced the highest MPH. But once again, it was only a difference of .3 to .4 MPH between the yellow and blue springs.

Thanks Freddie. Barry even said to go to the light side on his spring chart. My riding area sits between a red and silver so he suggested the silver.

If I remember correctly the difference I noticed the most in the springs when I was testing them before was most pronounced in the midrange. The difference was in how they reacted to being run at 6,500-8,000 RPM on the trail and accelerating from there to WOT.
As Freddie says, I think each sled will be a little different and perhpas your sled will tell you which springs it lakes best if you just listen.
I will be testing again shortly.
