anybody lookin for a sweet exhaust? i rode a vector today at haucks and this sounds sweet!!! im seriously thinkin bout getting one. comes in at 79 decibles. has a 6-7 hp gain and 13 lbs weight loss. i haven't heard of a rs exhaust yet that has had more than a 4hp gain and 10lbs weight loss. i talked to pat hauck himself and he's changing all of his racing sleds to his exhaust, for vectors and rx1s. he ran the pipe underneath the tailight last year, which tears up the seat, but now he's designed an exhaust for both sleds, rx1-9hp gain, 13lbs weight loss, and exits through STOCK holes. same with the vector, 6-7hp gain, 13lbs weight loss, and exits through stock holes. make ur sled stand out. TOTALLY LEGAL IN ALL STATES.
check it out for urself

funny, I called them today to ask about it. IMHO only 2 things I dont like about it.
Both the main and the 2 stingers are packed silencers. That means every 2000-???? miles they will have to be repacked.
The main can is aluminum (the rest is painted steel) and it is held together with rivits. My D&D (bike) exhaust is the same construction and the rivits have torn thru the aluminum.

The white knuckle VP-1 is all stainless and $101 cheaper. If it is baffled rather than packed that is probably the one I will go with. I like the weight and power of the Hauck but I dont want to have to rebuild the damn thing every year.

whats whiteknuckle's hp gain and weight loss? i'll have to ask them bout that silencer, and see what they say. thanks for the info, but it sounds pretty sweet
