Does anyone know if Hauck has a turbo for the Apex. Also has anyone ran the exhaust system and clutching for a RX1. Ive got a buddy that is looking into it.

Hauck sells someone's else unit.I would go mpi supersharger or cpr turbo that's just my opinion.

Thanks Rage but ya I know about the Boondocker system. Pro116 I agree with ya I have a Mpi SC on my own sled. The guy I sold my RX1 to knows someone that is getting a sled from Hauck and was going to send it up there for an exhaust kit, clutching and whatever else they do. Before he spent the money I just wanted to see if anyone has run the system.

For the Apex I's say call Allen Ulmer at Ulmer racing. he can set you up with a Super Charger. He's the Midwest Dealer for Mountain performance. He track dynos and Field test the Super charger for Mountain performance for Midwest elevation.

MPI is way ahead of the game with the Apex. they had an apex in January.

So whats wrong with Boondockers system seems like a very nice set up to me and it saves alot of wieght?

I think you might be getting the wrong idea about what I am looking for. I personally am doing business with Allen and Gary Ulmer for the Supercharger and clutching for my Apex. However the guy I sold my RX1 to has a friend that is buying a sled from Hauck and was going to have some work done on it by Hauck. I just wanted to see if anyone has had any good or bad luck with their performance products for teh RX1 before he sends his sled up to them. It doesn't seem like many people on here use Hauck and just wanted to do a little research before he blows his money.

There isn't anything wrong with the Boondocker system that I know of. I chose the MPI system because I can keep the stock exhaust. If Boondocker had a system that kept the stock exhaust I probably would have bought it but the noise factor is what turned me away. I trail ride alot and don't care for the noise any more, 5-10 years ago I would have wanted it for the cool sound but now with all the problems with trails being shut down because of the noise I guess I can do without it. Rage were do you ride. I have a house in Traverse City and we will be doing alot of riding up there this year.
