I have a 08 Nytro RTX with about 3600 miles on it and am planning on doing some upgrades to it this summer.
First off I'm looking at possibility a different track or studs. Looking at a Cobra 1.352 or a Intense 1.5? Or keep the ripsaw and stud it? How many studs and length? Ride 99% trails aggressive, which is most of the time soft conditions. Would I need to re-gear or clutch? Would extro's be a good idea, I ratchet now stock.
Second is I want to put RSI gel wrap on my bars for more cushion. Do I need change anything or can I just put them over the top of my stock grips? I have the yamaheater so heat isn't a problem.
Third, I have tweaked my sub frame last Saturday. I did my best to bend it back but it's still about a 1/4 out of whack. I really want it straight, should I just bite the bullet and get a new one or straighten it as much as possible then put the gussets on. I do have grizztracks gussets, I just didn't have them installed yet. Sucks
Lastly, I am thinking about getting a revalve front and rear to help out in the studders, small chop and possibly handling too. Where to go? Looked at hygear, pioneer, and carver. Any others? Not looking to get crazy with it either. Opinions, experiences, and other suggestions please.
Thanks guys for the help
