I am using Windows seven, and the RB3 was working fine, and I deleted some of the maps, and may have mistakenly deleted the USB file. Anyway, I cannot redownload the USB driver, and it doesn't recognize the USB cable going to the RB3.
Please Help!!! I have a mcx Map and it is a little rich. Now I can't even tune because of this issue.
Any patches for windows 7? Maybe a new cable?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Not sure if this will help but make sure you have the right USB cable. I've found that some devices come with cables that have inline filters that won't work on other hardware. One of my digital cameras will only work with the USB cable that came with it.

It is the right one, as I have tuned with it before.

i battled this for hours, reinstalling didn't help. Finally went into the control panel and found the list of USB devices and the rb3 had a different mark beside it, right clicked and hit troubleshoot and i think it asked for the cd and reinstalled the driver, worked ever since...
