Head Work..Exhaust port polishing

Alright guys here is the scoop, blew the head gaskets out of my 06 vector mcx turbo .. Sent the head off to be checked , didnt pass leak down test on exhaust valves on center cylinder are leaking. Having a 3 angle valve job done and head is being decked to insure its true.. This is a 973cc motor Running stock compression which is 11:3:1.... 7 ibs of boost. thinking about polishing exhaust ports while off .. Gains???? Any other advice?

i do not know if anyone has done port work on that motor. cannot hurt to polish the exh ports in any case.
