Problem found..... Its the gems 
Must of got wet last night with all the freezeing rain i have it on my handlebar pad but whenever its wet out i wrap some clear plastic around it but i guess water still got in there. I took off the sc belt and unhook the gems and it started right up and idled normal. So what should i do next how much are those gems i guess i'll call mountain performance monday. This really p's me off 
shipping is REALLY slow to my area it will take atleast 3 weeks to get one from them and maybe longer. Who else sells a box i can use with my kit that has them in stock pm me PLEASE. Is there a box out there that water will not hurt?

The boondocker box seems to hold up well, and Alot of people have them availible. Only thing is you have to remap all your fuel point again. Other then that mount the gems controller inside out of the weather, under the hood at least.

Yes i'm glad too thought is was a problem with the motor first... I like to have the gems on the handlebar pad so i can see the led's all the time and when its wet i wrap it with plastic worked great all last winter. so with the boondocker box do i have to get a special one for a supercharger or how do that work?
nope just need a boost referenced boondocker box, My dad ran one on his supercharger and had it set up nice. I don't know if he still has his numbers but I know Jim @ dynotech research does.

Thanks aj i think i'll order one of those tomorrow it can't get any worst than the gems thats for sure. theres a guy here running one of those in his 2 stroke never herd him say he had trouble with water.

Ive had two boxes go bad on us this year from mpi. Both mounted under the hood and out of weather or moisture but i think steam and heat may be a problem from the motor. waiting on new boxes now and gonna try and mount them somewhere else.
