- 2008 venture lite
2008 venture lite, installed coolant heater plugged it in to make sure things good and noticed the foam tape I put on oil tank to keep from rubbing was starting to melt. Also the steel line that runs under the vent for oil tank was starting to get pretty hot. I know it will but I didn’t realize how close the coolant line was to it. Going to have readjust the heater hose length to get everything siting just perfect so heater won’t melt anything else. Took air box out to try and mount heater in a closer to engine location so heat not lost through the cooler and there is not much room at all for that. Anyone have pictures of mounting it in another location?
