heel clicker kit

just installed a heel clicker kit on my rx-1, went with the recommended settings that came with the kit. Now she engages @ about 5000 rpm, lots of pull but this seemed a little high to me, I wasn't really sure what to expect. should i go with a different weight setup? or is this what I should have expected?

Try this
white hc spring
5 grams heel & 4 grams in tip.
way less engagement & pulled pretty good on my 03 rx-1 7 years ago.
