Heel Clicker + Loctite

I was just wondering how many people use loctite for their tuning hardware on the heel clicker clutch weights?

I got a set of used d&f's and ended up stripping the allen head on almost all the bolts and had to use vice-grips and a un-usual amount of force to get them off. I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced this. In the directions it says to use blue loctite. If these ones had the blue on it then it seems like overkill to me. Low strength to me, would be enough as the bolts are so small.
