looks like a bolt that goes thru the side frame or the subframe.

I bought a puller for my Phazer the day i picked it up, still in the package. I blow them out, which is real caveman cheezy i know, but besides secondary buttons, i can't see a real reason to mess with it the way it's designed.?
If i do, what do you torque the primary bolt to?
book says

I thought subframe also. all the bolts are there, all the green bolts are in the correct location and all others are grade 8.8.
Can anyone check the cross bar that holds the bottom of the limiter strap and see if it has the same "9" marking on the bolt head
thanks
